• Platform refers to our website, mobile application, and other digital services.
• Priests and Astrologers refer to individuals performing rituals and consultations facilitated via Tapasvi.
• Products include Prasad, yantras, malas, Rudraksha, and other spiritual accessories available for purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/legal guardian consent to use our services. Tapasvi reserves the right to deny access to any user at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Services Offered

Tapasvi provides the following services:

• Online Pooja Booking at various temples and sacred locations.
• Personalized Astrology Consultations and Vedic guidance.
• Prasad and Spiritual Product Delivery.
• Ritual and Homam Services.
• Donation and Seva Offerings.

Tapasvi acts as a facilitator between users and temples, priests, or astrologers. While we ensure complete authenticity, the actual rituals are performed by experienced practitioners.

5. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through the Tapasvi platform.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the service.
• Payment can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other supported methods.
• Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Tapasvi.

6. Return and Refund Policy

All requests for refunds or cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy

• Pooja Services: Refund requests must be made via email within 2 hours of payment. No refunds will be processed after this window or once the ritual has been initiated.
• Spiritual Products: Only damaged or defective items reported within 2 working days of delivery are eligible for replacement or refund.
• Astrology Consultations: If the assigned astrologer fails to attend a scheduled session, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

7. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate personal and birth details (Name, Gotra, Date/Time/Place of Birth) for bookings.
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards priests, astrologers, or staff will result in immediate service denial without a refund.
• Users must not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Tapasvi, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we collect and process your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Tapasvi, including text, logos, images, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Tapasvi and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Tapasvi is a facilitator of spiritual and Vedic services. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, effectiveness of rituals, or results from astrological remedies.
• We are not liable for any delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Our responsibility is limited to facilitating the service as described. Any disputes related to religious beliefs or spiritual outcomes are beyond our scope.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be governed by Indian law and resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. In case of any dispute, users must first contact thetapasvi.com@gmail.com for an informal resolution.

12. Modifications to Terms

Tapasvi reserves the right to change, modify, or update any section or the entirety of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
