At Tapasvi, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all our customers. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a booking or purchasing any of our services.

1. Policy for Pooja Services

Cancellation and Refund Requests

  • Refund requests for services will only be considered if the customer contacts us via email at thetapasvi.com@gmail.com within 2 hours of the payment timestamp.
  • No refunds will be processed after 2 hours from the time of payment.

Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

  • No refund will be issued if incorrect details (e.g., name, gotra, birth details, or pooja preferences) are provided by the customer.
  • If the customer contacts us within 1 hour of placing the order, we will attempt to make the necessary corrections before the ritual begins.

Service Completion

  • Once the pooja has been performed and the Prasad has been dispatched, no refund will be issued.
  • Poojas are conducted as per Vedic rituals with a personalized sankalp; therefore, cancellations after the service has been initiated are not possible.

2. Policy for Spiritual Products (Prasad, Rudraksha, Yantra, etc.)

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

  • All printed, digital, and spiritual items—including Horoscope Reports, Yantras, Rudrakshas, Prasad, and Pooja Materials—are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their sanctified nature and religious significance.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or broken product, they must contact thetapasvi.com@gmail.com within 2 working days of delivery.
  • The email must include clear images of the damaged product and the packaging as proof.
  • Replacement or refund requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be entertained.

Return Conditions

  • Eligible returns (only in cases of damage or error on our part) must be sent back in their original condition, including all original bills, tags, and labels.
  • Customers must register a dispute by sending an email with product images prior to returning any item.

3. Technical Issues and Payment Errors

  • Double Payment: In the event of a double payment made accidentally against a single order, the excess amount will be refunded in full.
  • Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from the customer’s account, the bank or payment gateway will typically process the refund automatically within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing and Deductions

Deductions

  • All eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable transaction charges, shipping fees, courier charges (both ways), and customs duty (where applicable).
  • If the refund is initiated due to a damaged or defective product received by the customer, no such deductions will be made.

Processing Timelines

  • Service Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date the request is approved.
  • Product Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • The actual time for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Important Notes

  • This Return and Refund Policy applies only to transactions made directly through the Tapasvi platform.
  • All pooja services and products are offered according to traditional Vedic rituals. Once a ritual is initiated or products are abhimantrit, they cannot be reversed or canceled.
  • Tapasvi reserves the right to change, modify, or update any section or the entirety of this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this policy periodically.
