Tapasvi is committed to ensuring the timely and safe delivery of all spiritual products, Prasad, and pooja-related items to our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, charges, and other relevant procedures to ensure transparency.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • For international shipping, customers are required to email their requirements and delivery address to thetapasvi.com@gmail.com to receive a customized quote and feasibility check.
  • Delivery to remote areas or restricted zones may take longer depending on the availability of local courier services.

3. Processing and Dispatch Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders for physical products are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Dispatch: Once processed, orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from our fulfillment center in Ujjain.
  • Customized Orders and Pooja Items: Orders involving personalized pooja samagri, Prasad, or specific temple rituals may take 7 to 10 business days for dispatch, as they are prepared following the completion of the ritual.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (India): 3 to 5 Business Days
  • Non-Metro Cities (India): 5 to 7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations (India): 7 to 10 Business Days
  • International Shipping: 10 to 15 Business Days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays from our courier partners.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Free shipping is provided on orders above ₹999. A standard shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999, which is calculated at the time of checkout.
  • International Shipping: Charges for international orders are not calculated at checkout. Please email thetapasvi.com@gmail.com with your order details and shipping address to receive a shipping invoice based on weight and destination.
  • Express Shipping: This service is available for select locations at an additional charge.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided by our courier partner.

7. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered via trusted courier services (such as Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, DTDC, or any).
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two more times before returning the package to our center.

8. Prasad and Temple Offerings Delivery

  • Prasad Orders: Temple Prasad is dispatched only after the successful completion of the pooja. Dispatch timelines may vary based on specific temple schedules and traditional requirements.
  • Blessed Items: Items such as energized yantras, malas, and temple souvenirs are shipped only after they have been sanctified and abhimantrit as per Vedic rituals.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at thetapasvi.com@gmail.com with your Order ID for assistance.
  • In the rare event that an order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, we will either re-send the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Customs and Import Duties (International)

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their respective countries.
  • Tapasvi is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
